This app has an amazing feature of video call enabling doctor-MR face-to-face interaction.

While joining call on schedule time (On Dashboard –click start visit for Today’s visit section) you will be navigated to this screen

Call Preview screen allows you to see your preview and available Doctor.

Join call enables a live face to face meeting with Doctor.

Chat option allows Doctor and Representatives to interact while in a video call.

You can share the visual aid by pressing a VA share button (blue color) on the screen.

You can come back to normal button by pressing the same button again
